Gallia County Rural Water Making Utility Billing Changes

Like many other rural water associations, Gallia County Rural Water is making some changes to modernize their software platform. Covering 19 townships with 700 miles of main line, the organization was looking to make their processes easier for employees. To do this, they had goals of:

• Digital processes to ease their day-to-day tasks.
• Accurate GIS mapping in the software.
• A remote connection for field employees to access the database while on-the-go.
• Reducing double-entry of data with mobile work orders.

To reach their goals, they decided to implement VIP Utility Billing in their office.
